DISC PS10

It is used in combination with the E10 disc and allows you to obtain an 10×10 mm cube.

The most commonly used disc combo in professional kitchens is the E10+PS10 or E10+PS12.
They therefore allow you to dice:

  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Courgettes
  • Pear
  • Apple

Furthermore, these discs are mainly used for the preparation of minestrone and Russian salad;

Additionally, it can make fruit cubes for fruit salad preparation.

The dicing discs do not work individually but need to be combined with the slicing discs (as mentioned above).
