OUR ROOTS
It all began in the late 1970s, when Sergio Pasquini and his son, Paolo, began production of Italy’s first vegetable cutters.
Thanks to his innovative vision and years of experience in mechanics, Sergio was able todesign and personally construct a complete range of equipment for professional kitchens – Dough Mixers, Potato Peelers, Cutters and Combined Cutter/Vegetable Slicers – to meet all the needs of the hotel and catering industry.

Our production, performed entirely at our premises in Rimini, immediately stands out on the market because it prioritises the quality of the exclusively Italian raw materials chosen, making our machines reliable, sturdy and durable, qualities that have always been valued by our customers.
The first to put their faith in us and open the doors of their businesses to us were the restaurateurs and hoteliers of the Romagna Riviera, an area with a great culinary tradition. Our company soon expanded not only into the domestic market but into the international market as well, and continues to boast a strong portfolio of long-standing customers.

After more than 40 years in the business, Paolo handed the torch to his daughters, Valentina and Martina, the third generation of the Pasquini family who, together with trusted partners, proudly uphold the values and knowledge passed down by their predecessors.
